PM offers not to file for bankruptcy for debts to budget till May
MOSCOW, Mar 18 (PRIME) -- Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin recommended on Wednesday that the authorities do not initiate companies' bankruptcies for debt to the budgets until May 1.
The documents also recommends that state companies do not initiate bankruptcy over debts in the period if such cases were not initiated earlier.
He ordered to prepare a bill on moratorium on bankruptcy claims until April 1.
The prime minister ordered the government to suspend scheduled checks of businesses until May 1 and to carry out a minimal possible amount of out-of-schedule checks.
